4 Things to Stop Doing Now for More Happiness

So much of what contributes to emotional well-being are the things we DO.

Intentional thoughts and behaviors to improve well-being. Things that makes us FEEL good. Things that promote positive mental health.

There are also things to NOT do that lead to improved well-being.

Here are four things to stop doing.

You will lead a happier, more fulfilled life when you stop doing these 4 things that so often lead to misery!

For more information about these, and so much more, check out FEELING Good: 35 Proven Ways to Happiness, Even During Tough Times.

You can click on each above for the “growsheet” to help you put the idea into action. I call them “growsheets” and not “worksheets” because they’re more about growing than working!

What can you work on NOT doing today?

In Gratitude,

Peggy
