10 Simple Ways to Elevate Your Energy Level

Crafting the life you want to live is so much more than wishful thinking. It involves taking purposeful action.
And, it involves more than taking action. It is important to check where your energy level is at.
It’s really hard to take action when you’re feeling down and discouraged. It’s hard on a difficult day.
It’s hard for any action that you do take to have much of an impact toward your goals and crafting the life you want to live when your energy is low.
You might have clear goals. You might be taking purposeful action toward those personal or professional goals. Yet you’re not satisfied with your progress.
It’s possible that your energy level is what’s interfering with your progress and living the life you want to live.
We’re at our highest energy level when we’re in states of
peace,
love,
gratitude, and
joy.
Fostering these energy states will help you to take action, and will help to make that action more powerful.
Here’s a list of some research-backed ideas to raise your energy level, particularly through generating joy. You are a powerful human being, and you have the power to generate joy.
1. Celebrate something small.
2. Take deep breaths.
3. Step outside/spend time in nature.
4. Visualize a pleasant experience.
5. Put a social event on the calendar.
6. Listen to upbeat music.
7. Light an aromatic candle or burn incense.
8.Write a gratitude letter.
9. Smile.
10. Move your body.
