Harnessing the Power of The Law of Attraction Package

This brief program is for those who are interested and committed to attending 2 focused sessions specifically addressing The Law of Attraction, and helping you with applying the concepts in your professional and personal lives.  This brief program is unique – it is not coaching, and it is not psychotherapy.  It is consultation, utilizing my knowledge, training, and experience in cognitive psychology, positive psychology, and The Law of Attraction.  In a private and relaxing setting, you will have a program tailored for your individual needs and goals, to help you live the life you were meant to live!  The fee for this service is $250 for two 60 minute sessions.  Additional family member/friend may attend for $125.

Power of Positive Thinking Package

Psychotherapy is not for everyone. This program is for those who are interested and committed to attending 4 focused sessions specifically addressing the power of positive thinking and behavior, and methods of re-training your brain to think more positively.  In a private and relaxing setting, we will follow a program of developing eight skills demonstrated by research to foster positive emotions. These are skills that you can use for lifelong benefits. The fee for this service is $500 for four 60 minute face to face sessions.  Additional family member/friend may attend for $250.

Finding Joy and Cultivating Happiness Package

Psychotherapy is not for everyone. This program is for those who are interested and committed to attending 5 focused sessions specifically addressing methods of improving mood and increasing life satisfaction, regardless of what is going on in your life. In a private and relaxing setting, we will cover 30 ideas/behaviors that you can use for lifelong benefits. The fee for this service is $625 for five 60 minute face to face sessions. An additional family member/friend may attend for $300.

Creative Exercises in Mindfulness Package

Psychotherapy is not for everyone. In two consultation sessions, you will be provided with creative ways to incorporate mindfulness into every day living. Mindfulness research demonstrates that when used regularly, these methods are effective in improving life satisfaction and overall well-being, and in alleviating symptoms of depression and anxiety. In a private and relaxing setting, we will cover 16 ideas/behaviors that you can use for lifelong benefits. The fee for this service is $250 for two 60 minute face to face sessions. Additional family member/friend may attend for $125).

Fostering Gratitude Package

Psychotherapy is not for everyone. In two consultation sessions, you will be provided with creative ways to incorporate gratitude practices into every day living. Psychological research on gratitude demonstrates that when used regularly, these methods are effective in improving life satisfaction and overall well-being, and in alleviating symptoms of depression and anxiety. In a private and relaxing setting, we will cover 20 ideas/behaviors that you can use for lifelong benefits. The fee for this service is $250 for two 60 minute face to face sessions. Additional family member/friend may attend for $125.
